Is there a fee to cancel / reschedule my appointment?
In some cases, yes. If you are a member of the our MVP or All-Star plans, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge. If you are not a part of our membership program, we charge a $50 down payment pre-visit that will be applied to your appointment costs.
If you cancel within 24 hours you will be refunded your down payment.

Each of our clients are allotted 30-60 minute consultations with one of our medical professionals - a much more comprehensive window in comparison to primary care visits across the nation, which consist of an average of 7 minutes per appointment.
